What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Is parking available?
Yes. We offer complimentary guest parking onsite.
Is the lodge smoke-free?
Yes. Cape Fox Lodge is a non-smoking property. A fee applies if smoke is detected in the room.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We allow up to two pets per room for $20 per pet per night. Pets must remain leashed and not be left unattended.
Do rooms receive daily housekeeping?
Yes. To promote our sustainable tourism efforts, housekeeping services are only available upon request by hanging a service request red tag on your door.
Does the lodge offer luggage storage?
Yes. Guests can store luggage with the front desk before check-in or after check-out.
Can I receive packages during my stay?
Yes, but please notify the front desk in advance so they can accept and secure deliveries.
Are safety deposit boxes available?
Yes, limited complimentary safety deposit boxes are available first come first serve at the front desk.
