Chef Eddie Lopez and Chef Chris Lemerond, create culinary works of art with their own signature dishes. Chef Eddie's favorite is Asian cuisine and he often incorporates a touch of Asian in his dishes. Menu items include a wide spread of Alaskan seafood, including Alaska King Crab, halibut and salmon. Unique menu items such as reindeer sausage and bison burgers add variety.
